What is included in the room rental rate?
While we are able to put together custom packages based on your specific event needs, generally speaking, all of our packages include:
- Private room rental
- Set up of all tables and chairs
- Set up of all decorations
- Rental of tables, chairs, black linens, tableware, and barware for each guest
- Rental of cafe lighting in main room of the space
- Cake cutting service at event
- Use of our vintage and patio furniture
- Use of our AV system
- Dimmable lighting
- Two decorative easels and wooden lanterns
- Security (if needed)
- Clean up of the space, including trash removal (with assistance from catering team)
- Ability to pick up decorations the business day following your event
- Event Host
- Two complimentary in-person planning meetings
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- Customized floor plan
- Secure, online payment tools
If you decide to host your wedding ceremony and reception at Rooftop, our Wedding Package includes the following in addition to the items listed above:
- Access to our luxury Bridal Suite two hours prior to guest arrival time
- Ivory table linens and napkins
- Ceremony clean up and transformation into additional reception space
- One additional complimentary in-person planning meeting
- Complimentary valet service (Friday and Saturday evenings only)
