Will someone be on site during my event?
An Event Host will be on-site for the duration of your event. The Event Host is responsible for opening the venue, adjusting venue-related items such as the lighting, temperature, etc., maintaining the restrooms, ensuring decorations are boxed up at the end of the night, and other venue closing duties.
A note about wedding-related events: We highly encourage enlisting the services of a professional wedding coordinator to ensure that everything with your wedding runs smoothly. We have a partnership with Amy Lacey Weddings to provide exceptional wedding coordination services. When you book coordination through Amy Lacey Weddings, Rooftop Event Spot will apply a 10% credit (maximum of $500) to your room fee booking.
